Yes, we stand behind the legendary quality of our bags. Timbuk2 offers a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.
How long does it take to ship my order?
In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. Custom bags are handmade in our San Francisco factory and usually ship within 5-10 business days.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for most stock items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition. Please note that custom-made bags are unique to you and cannot be returned.
How should I clean my Timbuk2 bag?
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not machine wash or dry your bag, as this can damage the fabric coatings and hardware.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my custom bag order?
Because our custom bags enter production almost immediately, we offer a very small window for changes. Please contact customer service within 2 hours of placing your order.
